Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Weekends and holidays may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations on patients within a 35-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Deliver therapeutic activities and exercises tailored to individual patient goals
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional task training
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver training and education
• Utilize lift equipment, adaptive devices, exercise equipment, and an outdoor training patio as part of treatment
• Document patient care using Meditech (transitioning to Expanse in October 2026)

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist License required
• CPR/BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to manage an estimated caseload of 4 inpatient rehab patients per day

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or IRF setting
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays

• Join a well-established, 82-member multidisciplinary rehab team including PT, OT, ST, aides, and clerical staff
• Work in a structured inpatient rehab environment with no on-call requirements
