Client Experience Associate – Healthcare Technology New York City Metro | Hybrid/field based | $70,000–$80,000 + Comprehensive Benefits The Company An award winning healthcare technology and digital media business is looking to expand its client experience team. Working with leading pharmaceutical and life sciences brands, the company delivers targeted digital campaigns designed to engage patients and healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career within pharma media, healthcare advertising or digital media who wants to develop their client management and commercial experience being a strategic partner, not a transactional salesperson. The Role You’ll work closely with pharmaceutical clients and internal teams to support and grow digital media partnerships. Key responsibilities include: Build and maintain client relationships with day to day communication, in person meetings, networking and events - face to face interactions are a meaningful part off how the team builds trust, deepens relationships and moves business forward. Support new business, renewals and expansion opportunities across existing accounts Develop account plans and identify opportunities across pharmaceutical brands Prepare and present presentations, data, metrics, and forecasts Collaborating heavily and cross-functionally with internal delivery teams You We’re looking for someone with: Bachelors degree educated with 1–2+ years’ experience in account executive, account management or another client-facing role within a media/creative agency, healthcare media, point of care, or pharmaceutical advertising environment Energetic and engaging with strong client relationship, presentation and communication skills Home office based within commutable distance of New York City and happy to attend regular client meetings, networking, industry events and spend time with teammates.
