Software Engineer

Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an intern for a Software Engineering role, open to students in Computer Science or related fields with programming experience. The intern will work on marketing platforms and fan engagement tools. Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour. The role is part of the Automated Fan Engagement and Targeting Engine, focusing on improving customer acquisition and delivering personalized fan experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with data, tools, frameworks like Spark, Databricks, and AWS to contribute to Live Nation’s marketing platform.
• Create and maintain tools and provide data to analyze audiences, website content, conversion, search keywords and their relationships.
• Collaborate with Personalization, Measurement, Analytics, Marketing Automation and SEO team members to build products that engage fans.
• Improve Live Nation’s customer acquisition capabilities and enable personalized communication with fans.
• Participate in a dynamic, highly-focused team responsible for insights and products that engage fans.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate, Masters or PhD student pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Coursework and/or professional experience with a high-level programming language like Java or Python.
• Interest and the desire to learn and grow within the role.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
