Position Summary Pharmacist in Charge – Leads the pharmacy team, ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance, and community outreach. Responsibilities Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and support compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches to resolve customer needs within company guidelines. Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve as community members. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews. Qualifications Proficiency in patient and healthcare provider communication. Expertise in analyzing data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Competence in analyzing financial data for informed business decisions. Capability to manage a pharmacy, including overseeing staff and operations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Active Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored). Preferred Qualifications U.S. pharmacy related experience. Compensation Annual salary range: $112,000.00 – $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
