The Territory Manager is responsible to represent Monaghan to all Hospital call points and Distributors. This position is primarily responsible for executing Sales &Marketing Plans for all Monaghan products in a defined geographical territory, maintaining effective account coverage generating new business every fiscal year. Qualifications, Specialized Skills and Knowledge required: A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of sales experience with a pattern of proven success. Strongly prefer sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field calling on hospitals OR a clinical degree in related field with successful leadership experience. Demonstrated attention to detail and self-driven sense of urgency. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain solid and positive, professional relationships Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and goals Proficient in MS Office Why Join Monaghan Medical Corporation?
