Lead the Green Team as a Sod Crew Supervisor at Brandon Sod!

What You'll Do

As our Sod Crew Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our sod installation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supervising a team of sod crew members to complete high-quality installations.
Managing all aspects of sod installation with precision and expertise.
Operating equipment such as forklifts, Kubota tractors, and other landscape machinery.
Driving company vehicles safely and responsibly (clean driving record required).
Communicating effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members and customers.
Delivering exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring the following to the table:

Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience directly related to sod installation.
Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of sod installation processes and the ability to operate landscape equipment.
Clean Driving Record: Required to operate company vehicles.
Customer Focus: A friendly, approachable attitude that puts our customers first.
