She Recruits is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Brighton, Massachusetts .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, physical examinations, and health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results
• Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and community care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Participate in occasional community-based patient visits to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Support quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals

Qualifications Required

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current Massachusetts NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
• Certification as one of the following:
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
  • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care

Preferred

• Minimum of one year of primary care clinical experience
• Experience managing patients with multiple chronic conditions
• Bilingual language skills are a plus
• Experience working in community health or value-based care settings

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $100,000 $150,000 , based on experience
