Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of corporate, professional, field, and management-level positions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and building effective partnerships with hiring managers. This individual should be confident influencing the hiring process, comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders, and capable of developing creative sourcing strategies to consistently identify qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer acceptance.
• Handle approximately 20–35 open requisitions at various stages of the hiring process.
• Recruit across a broad range of functions, including sales, IT, legal, finance, accounting, procurement, administrative, collections, field service, and management.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and establish recruiting priorities.
• Maintain frequent communication with hiring leaders and provide guidance throughout the search process.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through both traditional and nontraditional channels.
• Build proactive talent pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Utilize networking, referrals, career fairs, college partnerships, professional organizations, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, reference checks, and other pre-employment recruiting activities.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and help facilitate an efficient interview process.
• Partner with hiring managers to maintain momentum and address obstacles throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and internal policies.
• Track recruiting activity and performance metrics while identifying opportunities to improve the overall hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and other internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience required;
  10+ years preferred.
• Experience recruiting for corporate or professional-level positions such as IT, legal, finance, accounting, procurement, sales, or administrative functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels, from entry-level through management.
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and senior-level leadership.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to confidently influence hiring managers and keep recruiting processes moving forward.
• Proven ability to source candidates creatively beyond relying solely on job boards and inbound applicants.
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities, processes, and business needs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Experience working with an ATS or recruiting technology platform.
