Planning & Scheduling Lead

We are currently looking to hire a Project Planning & Scheduling Lead for our client, a growing organization supporting complex industrial and manufacturing projects. This person will develop and maintain schedules for capital projects while collaborating with project leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has experience supporting industrial capital projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position Responsibilities Develop and manage integrated schedules for multiple capital projects. Monitor progress, update forecasts, and deliver routine schedule reports. Collaborate with project leadership to establish baselines, milestones, and key deliverables. Create dashboards and tracking tools that provide visibility into project performance. Use Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or comparable scheduling software. Identify potential delays, communicate schedule impacts, and help develop corrective-action plans. Coordinate scheduling information across internal teams, contractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor critical activities and milestones through project completion. Contribute to project closeout reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives. Provide additional planning and project-controls support as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellaway Blues Consulting
