I opened my agency in 2017 after beginning my State Farm career working for another agent. Today, I lead a team of seven professionals with over 30 years of combined insurance experience. As a lifelong resident of Chicago's western suburbs, I have strong ties to the community and take pride in helping local families protect what matters most. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Jill, our son, and our bullmastiff, Roscoe!

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rob Emler - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you'll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
