Chief Nursing Leader Long-Term Care Excellence

Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth, IN, seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our long-term care facility. As DON, you will oversee nursing operations, mentor RNs/LPNs/CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate holds an Indiana RN license, has at least 2 years of leadership experience in long-term care, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
