Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to perform repetitive work using constant hand, wrist, and finger movements
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to continuously monitor conveyors and prevent production lines from backing up
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow lockout/tagout safety procedures

Job Duties

• Monitor trash bags as they move down the production line
• Pull, reach for, and fold trash bags by hand as needed
• Place finished products into boxes
• Complete repacking tasks by removing products from damaged or incorrect boxes and placing them into new boxes
• Return repackaged products to the production line
• Load cases and cartons onto automated packaging equipment
• Operate packaging equipment as assigned
• Perform lockout/tagout procedures to safely clear equipment jams
• Continuously monitor conveyors to prevent production backups
• Maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Do


As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
