Job Title: RN Registered Nurse Traveler Company: Vibra Healthcare Overview Travel nursing assignments across a national network of partner facilities. Work with a single recruiter for end‑to‑end placement. Offers local and non‑local positions, competitive hourly rate plus tax‑free stipend (where applicable), no mid‑contract pay cuts, referral bonus up to $1,000, licensing reimbursement for new state requirements, and a selection of assignments from various health systems. Responsibilities Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a comprehensive plan of care for assigned patients while promoting Vibra’s mission and values. Provide direct nursing care and supervise delegation of nursing services in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Manage patient care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and develop clinical expertise per specialty. Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs. Qualifications Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of assignment. Current BLS certification from an approved vendor. Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel by publicly available air and ground transportation. Additional qualifications: 1 year acute care experience preferred. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance. Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills. Independent decision‑making ability. Computer literacy for job functions. Drug and alcohol free workplace compliance.
