Location: Napa, CA

Pay: $1,400 to $1,600 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Support patients recovering from surgeries such as TKA, THA, spinal procedures, and rotator cuff repairs
• Perform gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility exercises
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active California PTA License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (Newer candidates may be considered)
• Outpatient and/or hospital experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
