Job Title Private Credit Structuring VP – Infrastructure & Energy Americas (Vice President) Location New York, NY (Hybrid – employee will work in the office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model) Overview The Credit Structuring team focuses on the most structurally complex transactions within the Investment Bank’s private credit and infrastructure business. The Vice President will work within this team to structure, execute, and manage risk on infrastructure and energy financing projects, and collaborate with Trading, Sales, and internal approval functions. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications.
