Location: Lancaster, Smoketown, Lititz, and Leola (PA)

Pay Range: $16.00 – $26.00 / hour (Based on experience and shift)

Featured Opportunities:

• Material Handler / Seasonal Warehouse (Oct–Jan):

  • Shift: Multiple Shift Options Available

  • Duties: Inspecting, packaging, building pallets, and material handling.

• Insulation Installer (Entry-Level):

  • Shift: Full-Time

  • Details: Entry-level position installing, measuring, and cutting insulation. Must be familiar with basic hand tools; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided for everything else.

• Production & Surface Prep (Lititz / Leola Area):

  • Shift: Day Shifts / Full-Time

  • Openings:

    • Production Associates: Inspecting, hanging, loading/unloading, and packaging parts.

    • Spray Room Operators: Powder coating equipment operation, setup, and color changeovers.

    • Blast Room Operators: Operating monorail, tumbler, and hand blast equipment for surface prep.

    • Quality Control Technicians: Product testing, defect inspection, and process monitoring.

• Landscaper (Lancaster):

  • Shift: Day Shift

  • Duties: Mowing, trimming, planting, and seasonal grounds maintenance.

• Machine Operator - Mixer/Pre-Mixer (Lancaster):

  • Shift: Day Shift

  • Duties: Operating equipment, quality checks, documentation, and forklift operation.

• Metal Polisher / Grinder (Smoketown):

  • Shift: Full-Time

  • Duties: Removing excess metal, deburring, grinding, and polishing parts.

• Office & Professional (Lancaster):

  • Shift: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Flexible Schedule Options

  • Service Dispatcher / Service Administrator: Answering service calls, scheduling technicians, and office admin.

  • Inside Sales Representative: Outbound appointment setting (Hourly pay + commission).

General Requirements:

• Dependable work ethic and attendance.

• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing and lifting (25 to 75 lbs depending on position).

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and job procedures.
