Masco is seeking a Program Director, Employee Relations to lead and build the enterprise ER Center of Excellence, partnering with HR, Legal, and business leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality employee relations across the enterprise. You will personally manage high-risk investigations, advise senior leaders, and design scalable processes while remaining hands-on with day-to-day ER work.
