Experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Butler, Hopatcong, Piscataway, NJ Shifts Available: Day and weekends Pay Rates correlate to tasks and responsibilities: $22-$24/hr About Us Independent Caring Realities Inc. About the Position We are seeking experienced, dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals to work with adults in Butler, NJ to build self-help skills and engage in leisure activities at home and in the community. Job Responsibilities – $22-24/hr Engage the individual by executing programs developed by the supervising BCBA (meal prep, hygiene, household tasks, community activities). Support goals listed in the Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Promote independence through hands‑on teaching, coaching, and prompts, as needed. Complete required data collection during each 1:1 teaching sessions accurately and promptly, using Google Drive applications as well as MS office and other applicable technology. Transport individuals to planned activities. Required Qualifications (NJ DDD Standards) High school diploma or equivalent.
