Senior Portfolio Manager - CBG

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manage the loan portfolio ensuring credit quality and timely assessment of credit risks.
• Reviews underwriting and ensures timely processing of credit transactions.
• Monitors loan covenants and complies with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Meets regularly and seeks opportunities to grow relationships with new/existing customers; structures loans to meet the customer lending needs within the Bank policy guidelines.
• Oversees a team of staff members including portfolio managers, loan officers, credit analysts, and portfolio servicing group.
• Hires and trains staff members through coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education/Credentials

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Prior Experience

• Required: Minimum 10 years of banking experience and 5 years of experience in managerial positions.

Skills

• Required: Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
• Required: Detailed knowledge of banking regulations and laws, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image.
• Required: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.
• Required: Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics.

The salary range for this full-time position is $190,000.00 - $210,000.00 + bonus + benefits.
