Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT procedures to deliver high-quality images for physician assessment
- Engage with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure precise diagnostic outcomes
- Skillfully position patients and adjust technology settings for optimal imaging
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues alike
- Keep meticulous records related to imaging tasks and equipment upkeep
- Demonstrate compassion while caring for patients throughout their imaging experience
- Foster a secure, organized, and efficient imaging workspace
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from a recognized and accredited radiology training program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Current BLS certification or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days of hire
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging practices and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication abilities with both patients and fellow healthcare professionals
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting, adapting swiftly to evolving requirements
- An acute attention to detail and dependable work ethic
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging technology
