Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC/Psychologist)

Position Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) – Part‑time and full‑time positions available in integrated care and outpatient settings. Position Highlights Integrated Care clinicians are embedded within a pediatric office and are integral to pediatric teams. Work with primarily pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment. Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals. Ideal for clinicians who thrive in a fast‑paced setting, think well on their feet, and value interdisciplinary work. Responsibilities Provide integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy, conduct assessments, deliver evidence‑based treatments, collaborate with medical teams, and manage patient care in a primary‑care environment. Qualifications Part‑time and full‑time licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen. Experience working with people across the lifespan utilizing empirically supported treatments, working in a primary‑care environment, and enjoying a fast‑paced setting. Compensation $75,000 – $100,000 a year, with a compensation model based on productivity.
