Conduct thorough criminal investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing detailed reports. Perform surveillance operations using advanced techniques to monitor suspicious activities and prevent crimes. Respond promptly to emergency calls, administer first aid or CPR when necessary, and coordinate with emergency responders. Manage conflict situations effectively through conflict management skills, ensuring safety for all parties involved. Patrol designated areas regularly using driving skills to deter unlawful activities and ensure security. Handle animals safely during incidents involving animal control or animal-related law enforcement cases. Write clear, comprehensive reports documenting incidents, investigations, and actions taken for legal and departmental records. Assist in security operations at various events or locations to prevent thefts or disturbances. Apply knowledge of law enforcement procedures, including immigration law enforcement and loss prevention strategies. Experience Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in report writing with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in driving patrol vehicles safely over long shifts while maintaining vigilance. Knowledge of criminal investigation techniques and surveillance methods. Skills in conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Experience with animal handling in professional settings or during law enforcement activities involving animals. Familiarity with first aid procedures such as CPR to provide immediate assistance when needed. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and uphold departmental standards under pressure. Understanding of immigration laws relevant to law enforcement duties is a plus.
