Emergency Room Registered Nurse Location Not specified Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 12-hour day shifts, weekends and holidays as scheduled. Job Description The role involves providing high-quality care to patients in a busy emergency room setting, where the dynamics of patient care fluctuate with the daily influx of emergencies. Responsibilities Administer and monitor IV drips as needed. Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team. Respond to emergency situations efficiently and in accordance with established protocols. Assist in the triage of patients and participate in treatment planning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records utilizing EPIC system. Support and educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatments. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN licensure. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications are required. Previous experience in an emergency room setting preferred. Familiarity with EPIC charting system is essential. Strong IV skills are necessary for patient care. Why ARMStaffing?
