• Work Schedule: 4 days a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM and 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Patient Load: Manage 18 to 20 patients daily.
• Setting: Work in a rural Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
• Experience Required: Proficiency in women’s health, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion.
• Electronic Medical Records: Familiarity with OCHIN or EPI systems.
• Chronic Health Experience: Knowledge in managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• MAT Waiver: Helpful for supporting addiction treatment.
• Commitment: Preference for a long-term engagement of at least 5 to 6 months.
• Compensation: We negotiate competitive pay, with weekly deposits.
