This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and repair work on medium- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain key vehicle systems according to repair orders
• Follow detailed checklists to ensure all safety and performance components are reviewed
• Test-drive vehicles to verify proper operation following repairs
• Accurately document work performed and comply with all warranty and manufacturer standards
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and return vehicles in top condition
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Attend ongoing factory training and stay current with technical bulletins
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Support overall shop productivity and efficiency goals set by management

Qualifications

• Ford Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of dealership or fleet experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• ASE or CDL certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Must provide own tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and professional demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
