As part of a telehealth facility, you will utilize modern technology to conduct counseling sessions, ensuring you can reach clients effectively from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing support and guidance while encouraging peer interaction among participants. Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical approaches to deliver effective treatment for various mental health disorders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation using an electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards. Make informed clinical decisions, using sound judgment to handle crisis situations and complex client needs. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities offered by the organization. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, drug abuse, and other co-occurring behavioral health disorders. You will work with diverse populations, providing a holistic approach to treatment that emphasizes understanding each client's unique circumstances and needs. Strong interpersonal skills will enhance your connection with clients and facilitate the therapeutic process. Qualifications A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program. An independent license from an approved body within the United States, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. A valid authorization to practice in your state of residence. Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload effectively. Strong technology skills, particularly in using electronic medical records and telehealth platforms. Preferred Experience Prior experience with group facilitation techniques and understanding of psychiatric diagnoses. Familiarity with the 12-step recovery process is preferred. Experience working in a high-volume environment with substantial client interaction. Excellent communication skills via email and other electronic formats. A demonstrated passion for mental health care and commitment to improving life outcomes for clients. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
