Altius Dental is seeking a motivated and compassionate *General Dentist* to join our team in *El Paso, Texas*. This office serves a large pediatric patient population, so candidates *must be comfortable and confident treating children*.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to adults and children
* Diagnose conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Deliver patient-centered care in a pediatric-friendly environment
* Educate patients and parents regarding treatment and oral health
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with the clinical team to provide a positive patient experience
* Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

*Qualifications*

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
* Active Texas dental license or eligibility to obtain one
* Current DEA registration, as applicable
* *Must be comfortable treating pediatric patients*
* Strong communication, clinical, and patient-care skills
* Experience in a pediatric-focused or high-volume practice is preferred
