Quality Complaints Senior Associate

Payrate: $27.00 - $29.00/hr.


Responsibilities:

• Receive, clean, and evaluate product complaint return samples. This includes but is not limited to photographs, x-rays, and written inspections.
• Interface with various sites and business partners
• Manage complaint return sample inventory
• Author technical assessment reports

• Clean and prepare shipment inventory to provide to the Mail Center for delivery to patients
• Document receipt of incoming packages from complainants
• Open packages in BSC
• Confirm the received unit is solicited and perform appropriate inspection based on complaint code
• File samples in storage
• Clean and prep Biomailers
• Support destruction and reconciliation of inventory (monthly)
• Monitor lab consumable inventory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Typically 1 plus years of related quality assurance or manufacturing experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $27.00 - $29.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
