Content Strategy Lead

Driving the execution of content strategy, the full-time salaried Content Strategy Lead will manage content creation, editorial quality, and workflows across multiple platforms, focusing on advancing sexual and reproductive well-being, particularly for Bedsider and AbortionFinder, in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Write and produce high-quality, audience-facing content while overseeing editorial quality and consistency across the organization Lead the roadmap and execution of consumer content strategy, utilizing data analytics and audience insights to inform content development Recruit and manage a team of content consultants and freelancers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering cross-functional partnerships Required Qualifications Master's degree in public health, health education, or related field with 8+ years of experience in sexual and reproductive health content creation, or a bachelor's degree with 10+ years of similar experience Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on engaging diverse Gen Z audiences Proven track record in managing digital content programs from strategy to execution with a data-driven approach Experience leading teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment Proficient in content management systems and digital platforms, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
