Job Title

Travel: CVOR Tech (CST/OR) (Days - 4x10's)

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 6:15 AM – 5:00 PM (4x10's) with rotating days off | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 14, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties in a cardiovascular operating room environment, including open-heart and hybrid procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced cardiac equipment including IABP, ECMO, Atricure machine, and Impella 5.5
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in a unit consisting of 2 CVOR rooms and 1 Hybrid Room
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation, including approximately 10–12 calls per 4-week period, which may include weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of CVOR CST experience required
• Active Virginia State Surgical Technologist License (license status must be provided at time of submission)
• NBSTSA Certification required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Experience working with adult patient populations in a CVOR setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Extensive CVOR-specific background with exposure to complex cardiovascular surgical cases
• Familiarity with hybrid OR procedures and advanced cardiac assist devices
