Requirements / Qualifications

Open to OUSD employees only. Permanent employees and probationary employees who have served in their probationary period for at least six months or 130 days of actual service, whichever is longer may apply if qualified. Registered Speech/Language Pathology Assistant license with the State of California Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology Board.

Equivalent to: Completion of high school; equivalent to AA Degree; completion of four courses; Special Education communication and speech discorders of language development.
