Graphic Designer

Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency delivering high-performance digital experiences across strategy, creative, performance, CRM, and web. They work across a diverse portfolio of brands to produce thoughtful, creative campaigns and multi-channel digital solutions. They are now seeking to hire a Graphic Designer to join their creative team on a part-time basis, taking briefs from initial concept through to final delivery. This role plays a key part in crafting visually compelling digital touchpoints, elevating visual standards, and supporting client marketing goals. Job Responsibilities Creative Production & Digital Assets Design and produce visual assets for organic social, paid social, Meta advertising, email marketing, and CRM platforms Create engaging graphics for websites, landing pages, and various digital touchpoints Develop presentation deck and pitch assets for client and internal presentations Adapt and roll out campaign concepts across multiple digital formats while keeping visual standards high Brand Execution & Design Craft Apply strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition across all design output Work confidently within established client brand guidelines and visual systems Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail for both major creative projects and fast-turnaround tasks Keep creative outputs fresh and modern while retaining brand consistency Workflow & Team Collaboration Take ownership of assigned creative tasks from brief through to final handover Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, content creators, and strategists Maintain organised working files and follow version control protocols Communicate progress, updates, timelines, and potential roadblocks clearly with the wider team 2 to 4 years of commercial graphic design experience Strong design foundations in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy Solid understanding of designing for digital platforms and varied content formats Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within established brand guidelines Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting High level of attention to detail across both fast-turnaround tasks and larger projects Collaborative, proactive mindset with an open approach to feedback Nice-to-Have Skills Prior commercial experience within a marketing or creative agency setting Motion design experience using Adobe After Effects or similar tools Experience creating performance-focused assets for paid social or CRM campaigns Permanent work-from-home set-up Dayshift (Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours) Part-time job HMO (STAFF only) Annual leave 13-month pay With Government mandated benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
