Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• EPIC and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years; each work history entry must identify the charting system used, with dates provided if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role
• Must have successfully completed a prior contract or served as a direct employee — no gaps in verifiable work history
• BLS certification (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS) from an approved vendor
• ACLS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
• PALS certification (AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience
