- Providing direct care to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Participating in care planning and implementing individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and empathy for seniors
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
