Grease Trap Technician / Route Driver


Job Type: Part-Time, Night Shift

Pay: $20.00/hour to start, increasing to $22.00/hour upon successful completion of training

Position Summary


As a Grease Trap Technician / Route Driver , you will work independently during overnight hours, operating a medium-sized box van throughout Central Oregon. This hands-on position involves servicing grease traps using specialized powered equipment to remove liquid and solid waste. Successful candidates will be safety-conscious, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining equipment and service quality.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Safely operate a company box van while traveling to service locations throughout Central Oregon.


Perform grease trap cleaning and maintenance using specialized powered equipment.


Remove liquid and solid debris while following all safety and environmental procedures.


Maintain a clean and organized work environment at customer locations and within company vehicles.


Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation.


Communicate effectively regarding schedules, customer needs, service issues, and supply requirements.


Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly to verify work performed.

Qualifications


Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


Ability to work independently during evening and overnight hours


Experience operating hand tools and power equipment preferred


Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety


Good communication and organizational skills


Ability to maintain equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance


Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated
