Job Title Field Service Representative I – St. Louis, MO Impact You’ll Make in this Role The Field Service Representative will serve the needs of healthcare clients, delivering, picking up, and maintaining cutting‑edge medical device equipment. You will build, cultivate, and maintain superior customer relationships and manage inventory, cleaning, processing, and quality control of medical device equipment. Key Responsibilities Support customers (patients and hospital staff) by providing superior customer service with customer‑centric solutions. Prepare medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation for delivery. Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies, locating missing or misplaced equipment as needed. Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles. Attend training and other scheduled business functions, including commercial air travel. Required Skills & Experience High School Diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of customer‑facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. Ability to work a non‑traditional schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Current, valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution. Strong customer service, adaptability, time‑management, and ability to work independently. Additional Requirements May be required to enter healthcare or third‑party facilities; prerequisites may include licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials. Travel may include up to 25% domestic travel. Relocation is not authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is $43,920–$60,390, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
