Now, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative (Contact Center Associate I) to join our team in Grinnell. This is your chance to be on the front line of our customer experience, where every call, chat, and email shapes how our customers view our brand.In this role, you'll answer a high volume of inbound calls (75+ daily) and assist customers with order placement, account creation, returns, and questions about product availability or compatibility.
