In this role, you will have a chance to grow your skills working under subject matter experts as you support the continued production and sustainment of various complex digital, analog, and microwave circuit card assemblies, and subsystems. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms.Activities day to day will vary and may include:Assessing design updates to existing circuit card assembliesConducting circuit analyses to assess performance impactsMentoring techniciansWorking with hardware suppliersSupporting product yield and affordability improvementsSupporting the debug of complex circuitsSupporting transition to production of new productsWorking in partnership with a cross functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter.Required SkillsAble to research and apply electrical engineering principles and theories to solve electrical engineering problems.Motivated self-starter with leadership potential and ability to effectively work in a team environmentExcellent problem solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability.Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the DesignStrong technical writing and verbal communication skills.Active or previously held Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERREDPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914Employee Benefits: At BAE Systems, we support our employees in all aspects of their life, including their health and financial well-being.
