Lia Toyota Rockland is seeking an A/A+ level Automotive Technician to join our team. This role offers a fast-paced, professional, and positive environment that rewards hard-working, reliable, and team-oriented individuals. The service department is equipped with the latest technologies and equipment, including a service drive alignment checker, alignment rack, and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines. A sign on bonus may be available based on skill level and experience. COMPENSATION RANGE: $70k-$110K+

Requirements 3+ years of Service Technician experience Diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair experience State Inspection certification ASE Certification recommended Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications Computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have clean & valid driver's license Key Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership processes Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and provide an estimate of the time required for repairs Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Plan with Employer Match ASE and state inspection certification reimbursement and all training expenses paid to further your career Continued education, manufacturer hands-on and web-based training Paid Time Off Paid Weekly Employer-funded Life Insurance Plan Discounts on services and parts Employee vehicle purchase plans Company provided uniforms #J-18808-Ljbffr Lia Auto Group
