Senior Area Innovation Manager - GI Genius Sales - Endoscopy (Texas)

Medtronic seeks a Senior Area Innovation Manager to lead enterprise adoption of GI Genius, an AI-powered endoscopy platform across Texas. This field-based commercial role drives sales, clinical integration, and long-term value realization with health systems and physician practices, requiring significant travel and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise customer adoption and utilization of GI Genius platform to achieve sales targets
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales negotiations with health systems, MSO/IDN headquarters, and ASC networks
- Deliver clinical demonstrations, physician education, and on-site implementation support
- Develop territory-level growth strategies and transfer best practices across sales organization
- Maintain executive relationships with health system leaders and key opinion leaders
Requirements
- 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare (with appropriate education level)
- Based within 50 miles of Dallas, Fort Worth, or Austin, Texas
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Mastery of AI-enabled endoscopy, clinical evidence, and software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) concepts
- Executive-level relationship management and stakeholder influence skills
- Strong CRM proficiency, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or advanced business degree a plus
