Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this patient-centered role, you’ll implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional activities, accurate documentation, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
