Admissions Assistant and Facility Marketer-Northwood Purpose of Your Job Position A nursing home marketer focuses on promoting long-term care facilities, including skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities to attract residents and families. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, building relationships with referral sources, conducting facility tours, and creating a positive public image of the facility. Responsibilities Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans to increase occupancy rates and promote the facility’s services. Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining connections with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals. Community outreach: Engaging with the local community to raise awareness about the facility and its services. Planning local events to advertise and promote the facility in a positive light. Conducting tours: Providing tours of the facility to potential residents and families.
