The ideal candidate will have strong ICU experience in a Level I Trauma Center and be comfortable floating to the Step-Down ICU. Requirements Active Illinois RN License Minimum 3 years of ICU experience BLS/CPR ACLS NIHSS Graduate of an accredited nursing program Strong critical-care experience required Must be willing to float to Step-Down ICU Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies Develop and implement individualized patient care plans Monitor patient safety and clinical status using critical-thinking skills Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families Participate in quality-improvement activities CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 299307.
