Field Reimbursement Manager, Dermatology - (Youngstown OH) - Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Youngstown, Ohio territory to support healthcare providers with patient access to Immunology therapies. The role involves field-based education on coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes, with up to 50% time spent on-site at healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, and payer-specific coding requirements
• Serve as reimbursement subject matter expert for field sales teams and support urgent patient access issues
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with healthcare provider accounts and office staff
• Partner with managed care colleagues and internal J&J departments to align on access and affordability solutions
• Conduct territory-based business planning and stay current on national, regional, and local market dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration; MBA or MPH preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or account management
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical benefits, coding, and billing practices
• Hospital and provider office setting experience with customer relationship building
• Knowledge of managed care, prior authorization, and appeals processes
• Understanding of multiple payer types including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
