About the Opportunity

We are launching a state-of-the-art internal agentic platform within a large-scale, multi-cloud enterprise infrastructure environment. This platform will operate as a true internal SaaS product, enabling secure, standardized, and accelerated deployment of agentic and automation capabilities across the enterprise IT ecosystem. This initiative is not exploratory. It is a full product build and launch effort, requiring disciplined engineering leadership, full-stack delivery oversight, and structured internal rollout execution. The Senior Engineering Manager – Product Delivery will lead the build, shipment, and launch execution of this platform. This role sits in close alignment with Product Ownership and product leadership, but is explicitly focused on software delivery, engineering execution, and successful production launch. This is not a strategy-only role. It is about building, shipping, operationalizing, and leading teams to deliver a real enterprise product.

Position Summary

The Senior Engineering Manager – Product Delivery is responsible for leading full-stack software delivery and internal product launch execution for the enterprise agentic platform. This is a delivery-driven engineering leadership role, accountable for:

• Driving end-to-end software delivery across frontend and backend
• Leading distributed engineering teams to predictable, high-quality outcomes
• Ensuring product scalability, reliability, and operational readiness
• Translating roadmap into shipped, production-ready capabilities
• Enabling structured internal adoption and rollout

You will operate within a sophisticated enterprise infrastructure organization spanning cloud platforms, shared services, DevOps, security, and hosting teams. Success requires strong technical depth, disciplined execution leadership, and excellent communication across engineering and executive stakeholders.

What This Role Is

• A Senior Engineering Leader accountable for product delivery and launch who will also go hands-on development when necessary
• Responsible for directing and coordinating the work of distributed frontend and backend development teams

This role is centered on execution, release discipline, team leadership, and successful internal launch.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Delivery Leadership

• Lead engineering execution across frontend and backend teams
• Ensure high-quality integration between UI, services, orchestration, and platform layers
• Drive sprint predictability, release readiness, and production stability
• Remove delivery blockers and enforce engineering accountability

Engineering Team Leadership

• Manage distributed US and India engineering contributors
• Establish clear development standards, review rigor, and quality benchmarks
• Provide hands-on technical guidance when necessary
• Willingness to assist with development efforts alongside the team and provide guidance to junior resources
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance, accountable team culture

Internal Launch & Adoption Execution

• Align engineering milestones with internal rollout and adoption timelines
• Ensure product readiness across usability, reliability, and operational dimensions
• Coordinate release communications and stakeholder visibility
• Support early adopter onboarding and feedback incorporation

Platform Quality & Operational Readiness

• Ensure scalability, resilience, and environment separation are embedded
• Drive observability, logging, and operational monitoring standards
• Maintain coordination with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

• Translate technical progress into clear, executive-ready updates
• Drive clarity across cross-functional teams
• Communicate delivery risks and mitigation plans proactively
• Foster strong collaboration across product, engineering, and enterprise IT partners

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack exposure
• 3+ years leading engineering teams delivering production software
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping SaaS-style products
• Experience leading multi-sprint delivery through production launch
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
• Strong backend engineering experience including APIs, services, and distributed systems
• Proven ability to manage distributed global engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing presentation capability
• Demonstrated leadership presence and delivery accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating within large enterprise IT environments
• Exposure to AI-enabled platforms or orchestration-based systems
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Background in internal platform or developer-facing product builds
• Prior experience serving as a Technical Product Owner who transitioned into engineering delivery leadership
