Supply Chain Coordinator

As an Experienced Production Plan Coordinator – IC here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in supporting the production planning and scheduling activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. You will coordinate across multiple teams to manage production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and communicate updates to stakeholders to meet customer demand effectively. You will report directly to our Production Planning Manager, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact on the overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring production plans align with business goals and customer requirements, helping to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements. Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability. YOU MUST HAVE Experience in production planning or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production scheduling processes and inventory management principles. Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software to manage schedules and data accurately. Ability to analyze production data and identify potential bottlenecks or issues proactively. WE VALUE Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience working in aerospace or a related high-precision manufacturing industry. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
