Barback (Part Time)

Barback Location: Las Vegas, NV. Shift-based. Must be available to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Job Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of bar, service area, tables, chairs, barstools, storage cage, walk‑in cooler and soda/ice room. Assist bar service equipment and supply maintenance and set‑up. Help with bartending functions under supervision as required. Restock soda BIBs, CO₂ tanks and face‑off items from storage. Sanitize glassware, tables and service items and remove used items. Prepare fruit/vegetable cuts, syrups and cocktail garnishes. Provide assistance to bartender during set‑up, break‑down and whenever needed. Process cash/credit payments and handle POS transactions. Communicate guest concerns or problems to management promptly. Perform other related duties as needed. Required Qualifications Valid Food Worker/Health Card. Valid Alcohol Awareness (TAM/AES) Card. Valid LVMPD Non‑gaming Card. Experience in high‑volume bar/restaurant or entertainment venue. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic reading, writing and math skills. Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Completion of Bartending School and valid POUR card preferred. Work Environment & Physical Demands Indoor setting with exposure to noise, dim lighting, strobing lights, fog machines, and small or enclosed spaces. Duties require stooping, reaching, lifting 45–70 pounds repeatedly, moving throughout bar and back‑of‑house areas, standing for entire shift, and tolerating loud music and crowds for extended periods. Schedule Shift schedules based on business needs. Flexible availability weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays required.
