• Work closely with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
• Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Adapt communication style to fit the personality and specific needs of customers.
• Process orders, forms, and requests; directing unresolved issues to the necessary parties.
• Accurately and authentically represents products and services offered by the company.
• Promote a team atmosphere and provide feedback to other departments regarding customer concerns and suggestions.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to complete on-job training and any additional training as required.
• Capable of adapting to the communication style and personality of different customers.
• Flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the business, including occasional weekends and evening shifts.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a team atmosphere.
• Positive attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Sign-on bonus ranging from $500 to $1000, contingent on performance metrics.
