Nurse Practitioner Float - Clinic Pay: $74.87/hour, Paid Weekly Location: Orange Park, FL Must be willing to float to cover Macclenny, Callahan, and the surrounding Jacksonville area 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday Hours: Approximately 30–38 hours per week Weekdays 0830-1930 Sat 0900-1730 Sun 0900-1630) Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services for patients across the lifespan Conduct accurate patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care Perform routine physical examinations and preventative health screenings Manage chronic conditions and support behavioral health initiatives Educate and engage patients in maintaining and improving their overall health Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care Support clinic operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and administrative tasks Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner Active RN license in the state of Florida Current BLS Certification Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Ability to work independently and within a collaborative care team *aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
