Elevate the Mission: Online Event Marketing Specialist (Pro Bono)

Are you a technical marketer with a passion for building professional communities? The Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance (VPMMA) is looking for an Online Event Marketing Specialist to serve as the vital bridge between our educational programs and the veterans we serve. In this role, you will be the lead architect of our event visibility, ensuring that every workshop, seminar, and networking session is professionally promoted and seamlessly accessible to our "Alliance Heroes".

By managing our presence on platforms like Eventbrite and LinkedIn, you practice Corporate Social Responsibility by directly increasing the reach of life-changing project management training for the military community.

Your Strategic Impact

This role is designed as a focused 3-hour weekly commitment centered on setup, promotion, and brand integrity:

• Event Architecture: Set up and manage all VPMMA learning events on Eventbrite , ensuring registration links are functional and descriptions are compelling.
• LinkedIn Professional Promotion: Create and optimize LinkedIn Events to leverage professional networks and drive visibility within the veteran project management space.
• Brand Stewardship: Safeguard the VPMMA identity by ensuring all event listings utilize approved logos, colors, and standardized messaging.
• Operational Coordination: Sync with the Website Content Creator and Social Media Manager to maintain "single-source-of-truth" accuracy across all platforms.
• Engagement & Intelligence: Monitor attendee questions on event pages and provide monthly updates to the Board on registration trends to measure our community impact.
